Our History
Founded in 2003 in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu, Kingkangda was established with a focus on fancy yarn machinery. The founding team, with rich experience in the textile machinery industry, set out to break the monopoly of imported machines and develop high-performance fancy yarn machines tailored for the Chinese market.
Entered the international market by forming a dedicated export team. The first shipments were made to India, Vietnam, and Bangladesh, with the company's machines gaining attention for their cost-effectiveness and reliability.
Successfully launched the first-generation chenille yarn machine, known for its stability and ease of operation. This milestone laid the foundation for the Kingkangda brand in the domestic market.
Factory space and production capacity significantly increased. The company introduced advanced processing equipment and improved manufacturing processes, strengthening its R&D and production capabilities.
Expanded its product portfolio to include fancy yarn twisters, fluffing yarn machines, and high-speed fancy tops machines. Established long-term partnerships across major textile hubs such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, and Guangdong.
Released a new-generation electronic chenille yarn machine featuring a cardan-free design and full servo control system, significantly improving stability, automation, and reducing maintenance costs.
Expanded exports to over 40 countries, including Turkey, Russia, Egypt, Argentina, and South Korea. Built international distributor and service networks, and actively participated in major textile machinery exhibitions in Turkey, India, Indonesia, Egypt, Pakistan and Shanghai.
Completed the construction of a new manufacturing facility, enhancing production and testing capabilities. Implemented ERP systems and lean production methods to move toward intelligent manufacturing.
In 2025, Kingkangda stands as a leading global manufacturer of high-level fancy yarn machinery, offering chenille, fancy twisting, and fluffing yarn solutions, with a strong focus on customization, automation, and production efficiency.

Our Factory
The company covers an area of 25 acres, plant area of 15,000 square meters. Since its establishment in 2003, Kingkangda Machinery has been committed to there search and development of equipment and production processes for fancy (colored) yarns. Our clients are located both domestically and internationally. Continuous innovation over the past 20 years. Forge ahead with determination. We have successively obtained 68 invention patents and utility model patents, and have been honored as an innovative small and medium-sized enterprise, a technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise, a high-tech enterprise, Suzhou high-speed intelligent fancy yarn spinning machine engineering technology research center, and a specialized and innovative enterprise.
