Our chenille machine is equipped with both straight and circular blades, with two different gauges for use with the blades: a figure-7 pattern and a figure-1 pattern, designed to meet the complex demands of chenille yarn production. Driven by five independently controlled servo motors, the machine achieves precise synchronization across all key processes: pile yarn feeding, pile yarn cutting, core yarn guidance, yarn tension adjustment, and final ring winding. This level of control ensures consistent yarn density, twist, and tension even at high production speeds. Yarn twist is regulated by controlling the speed of the delivery rollers and ring spindle, while yarn feathering is controlled by controlling the speed of the rotary head.

Sectional Spindle Process Flexibility
This machine utilizes a segmented mechanical design, with each segment containing five spindles, each housing two spindles. Each segment contains 10 spindles, and each spindle in the first segment can be independently programmed with a different process, enabling the production of complex and diverse chenille yarn patterns. In subsequent segments, the spindles in each segment can be individually configured to run different processes simultaneously, significantly enhancing production flexibility and customization options to meet user needs.
Advanced Yarn Detection System
The integrated yarn detection system not only identifies yarn breaks but also detects quality anomalies in real time. The yarn detector's sensitivity and detection time can be set. If a problem is detected, the system automatically sends a signal to stop all motors in that machine head, preventing defects and minimizing raw material loss.
Compatible With a Wide Range of Yarn Counts
Our chenille machine boasts a robust production capacity, covering yarn counts from 0.2 to 26 count, making it suitable for a wide range of yarn types. To accommodate this wide range, the machine is equipped with six traveler sizes: 75, 82, 95, 115, 140, and 150. Users can switch between different yarn sizes simply by changing the traveler and spindle size, without having to replace the entire machine. This significantly reduces equipment investment costs and significantly increases production flexibility.
Single-Spindle Independent Control
Each machine head is driven by five independent servo motors, which are connected to a driver board and then to a touch screen via a driver signal line.
