The machine is equipped with five independently controlled servo motors, ensuring precise coordination and customization between the core yarn guidance, tension adjustment, and winding systems.

Each spindle operates independently using an independent control system. This single-spindle control improves process accuracy and allows for flexible customization of each spindle, thereby enhancing yarn quality and reducing waste.

The machine features a modular design with 10 spindles per section, allowing for flexible expansion and optimized factory layout. This modular approach simplifies maintenance, reduces downtime through standardized electrical mechanical interfaces, and allows for quick troubleshooting and local adjustments without disrupting the entire production line.

This system integrates highly sensitive yarn sensors that continuously monitor the operating status of each spindle. Upon detecting a yarn break or any abnormal yarn quality, the system quickly and independently stops that spindle without stopping the entire machine. This targeted shutdown minimizes material waste.

The yarn tension control system utilizes real-time servo feedback to dynamically adjust tension throughout the production cycle. This precise control maintains consistent yarn tension and prevents common yarn defects such as excessive fuzz and irregular twist.

The winding system is specially designed to operate at high speeds while producing tightly packed, smoothly shaped packages. This stability reduces the likelihood of yarn tangling, slippage, or loose winding, which often cause difficulties in downstream processing. The optimized take-up mechanism ensures consistent density and uniformity from package to package.

The machine is designed to process a wide range of fibers, including cotton, polyester, viscose, acrylic, and various blends. It supports a wide range of yarn counts and is particularly suitable for medium and fine yarns commonly used in fashion, interior design, and decorative textiles.
