1. Yarn Guide Mechanism

The yarn guide design ensures a smooth yarn path to avoid friction and entanglement, while the eyelets minimize direct contact between the yarn and metal components, reducing wear. 2. Winding Mechanism

The winding mechanism is a critical component of yarn formation and primarily consists of a winding shaft, grooved drum, or roller. Grooved drums use surface grooves to guide the yarn into a regular spiral, while roller-type winding is more suitable for specific yarn types. The speed and movement of the winding shaft directly affect package density and build quality, and therefore require precise coordination with the drive system.

3. Tension Control System

Tension control directly affects yarn winding uniformity and the risk of breakage. Modern winding machines typically use magnetic powder brakes, servo motors, or pneumatic devices to adjust tension, and use sensors to monitor yarn status in real time to ensure stable tension. Some high-end models also feature adaptive tension control algorithms to address variations in yarn properties.

4. Drive System

The drive system, consisting of a motor, a reducer, and a synchronous belt or gear set, drives the winding mechanism and yarn guide mechanism for coordinated operation. Servomotors are the preferred choice for modern winding machines due to their high precision and controllability, enabling stepless speed regulation and precise positioning.

5. Electrical Control System

The electrical control system is the "brain" of the entire machine, coordinating the operation of various components through a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) or industrial computer. The user interface, typically equipped with a touch screen, allows the user to set parameters such as winding speed and package diameter, and monitor equipment status in real time.
